First-rate service, I appreciated excellent food.

The hotel was high quality, had lovely views and fantastic location adjacent to the most beautiful attractions as well as numerous Dublin Tourist sites and restaurants. My stay was wonderful here.

Fantastic little hotel overall, is has welcoming service and perfect location in the centre. The staff is really friendly. The breakfast in the dining room is savoury with toasts and a tier of toasts.

Excellent value for money with gourmet food at reasonable prices and comfortable beds with great views. The location was perfect, right across from St. Stephen's Green, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only improvement needed for the morning meal would be to have a kettle in the room for tea, instead of a coffee machine taking up space.

    Location

To me it seemed like Bentley"s is winding down!! We arrived back from our night at 11.30pm ordered wine and some nibbles got our wine but were told "we don"t do nibbles!! our morning waiter was fab but I lost count of how many times he said sorry!! as any item I ordered from the menue was not possible.

The majorityu of the staff werte excellent. However one person at the front desk when we checked in was extremely negative to the point of being hostile. I think she was the manager. I found her to be not only disagreeable to me but also thought she spokje to her staff with disrespect.

The individual at the front desk. Based on my experience with that front desk manager I would not recommend this hotel

Great restaurant and helpful staff. Location was amazing, located in a prime area, close to many attractions. The room had a beautiful view of the city skyline. The breakfast was satisfying.

The rooms were not friendly for elderly people due to lots of stairs and difficult to access by lift. There was a lot of noise coming from the kitchen ventilation at the rear of the property which was disturbing when the windows were opened.

The location perfect. The breakfast was superb.

The walk to the very top floor.

Good food, great location. Lovely old Georgian house overlooking Stephens Green.

Requested quiet room but was noisy until about 1 am. 3 flights of stairs to bedroom, no lift presumably due to age of building. Room was nicely decorated but small and bathroom tiles were in need of re-grouting or replacing. Breakfast was very good but service was too slow for business travellers and didn't get my order right.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving celebration which was made possible by a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable which made us feel at home. The breakfast was plentiful and gave us a great start to our day. The location was perfect as we were in the midst of key attractions and restaurants, giving us plenty to do and explore.

Our room could have been more spacious and had a few minor issues. The sink took a while to drain and the bathroom was not as warm as we would have liked.

Ideal location in central Dublin, cosy atmosphere and very friendly staff. The breakfast was very good (fresh products, nice room).

The bathroom was a bit old (separate taps for cold and warm water) and there was no toilet brush, but everything was functional.

Excellent food only problem was the size of the room a lot smaller than what we expected otherwise an excellent address in Dublin city.

The hotel's individual style and fantastic location made our stay memorable. The homemade breakfast with attentive service was a real treat. The comfortable beds and spacious bedroom added to our comfort. The staff proved to be incredibly helpful throughout our stay, accommodating any issues that arose, such as our cancelled ferry.

    Nothing could have been better.

We liked the ambience of the Hotel in general - it was very relaxed/comfortable! We loved the breakfasts and our waitress was very welcoming, friendly and profesional! We will highly recommend the Hotel to friends and family!

The lack of a lounge area.
